Volunteers are the heart and soul of our pack. Every parent, guardian, or caring adult brings something unique — time, energy, ideas, or just a willingness to pitch in. Whether you’re ready to lead a committee or just help out for one meeting, there’s a place for you here.

This page is your guide to all the roles we have, how they work, and how you can jump in to support. You’ll find:

🥇 Recognition

Volunteers do the work because they believe in our Scouts — not for the awards. But recognition adds joy, builds morale, and shows everyone we see you.

Ways we celebrate our adult leaders:

• Training & Tenure Awards like the Scouter’s Training Award (for completing position training + service)
• Role-specific awards (e.g. Cubmaster Key, Den Leader awards)
• District / Council Honors for exceptional service (e.g. Silver Beaver, District Award of Merit)
• In-pack recognition — shout-outs at meetings, thank-you certificates, small gifts, or just public appreciation

If you or someone else deserves recognition, talk to the Committee Chair or Training Coordinator — we don’t want anyone’s service to ever go unnoticed.
